Medical Malpractice

Attorney Harold “Tripp” Leon Sebring, III, comes from a distinguished Florida family that spans three generations. Tripp’s grandfather presided as one of the judges in the Nazi War Crimes Trials in Germany, more familiarly known as the Nuremberg Trials, as well as presided as a Chief Judge of the Supreme Court of Florida for many years. Following his service on the bench, Tripp’s grandfather became the Dean of Stetson Law School, and was instrumental in developing Stetson into one of the nation’s top law schools. Consequently, upon Tripp’s grandfather’s retirement, the “Sebring Courtroom” at Stetson Law was dedicated to him.

Tripp chose to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps by entering the legal profession, first earning his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Florida State University, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law. Tripp began his career in a trial law firm, representing some of the nation’s largest corporations, including hospitals, product manufacturers, nursing homes, and doctors. After years on the defense, Tripp decided to represent individuals and families.

Tripp has been taking on corporate defendants with a determination and cunning unmatched by many trial lawyers of our day, in a wide variety of personal injury litigation cases, including, but not limited to, cases involving defective pharmaceuticals and surgical components, dangerous consumer products, rape and assault, negligent security, automobile spinal injuries, and whistleblower claims. Tripp’s mission to practice law “with a high level of proficiency and compassion in a lifelong effort to lift people up and provide them hope when they are victimized by corporate greed, manipulation and corruption,” has resulted in some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the state with values in excess of millions of dollars.

Tripp is the of counsel attorney handling medical malpractice claims at The Flynn Law Firm, P.A.
